Instructions to make to make Beef Biryani

  1. In a big pot add water, salt, few whole spices and mint leaves,bring it to boil.
  2. Add rice in a boiling water and cook until almost done.
  3. Drain and set aside.
  4. In another pot, add oil. Now add onion and whole spices, fry the onion until golden brown.
  5. Now add ginger garlic paste, and beef, cook until beef changes it color.
  6. At this stage add tomatoes and yogurt,dried aloo bukharay, salt and red chilli powder. Bhunofy well.
  7. Add 4 glass of water and cook on a slow flame, until meat becomes tender
  8. After that add potatoes and cook until potatoes becomes tender.
  9. Now for layering, in a big pot first add beef masala mixture, topped with mint leaves, coriander, green chillies and lemon slices.
  10. In the final layer add rice, topped with food color and jaifal javetri powder. And put on dam.. Until rice become full done.
