  3. 2 cup sour curd
  4. 1 cup Malai (cream)
  5. 5 tbsp green chilli paste

  1. Add all ingredients in rice flour, mix well. Then knead medium soft dough using curd. Divide in 4-5 parts and roll it in a cylinder shape.
  2. Turn on the flame and heat oil for frying on medium flame. Fill the extruder with one cylinder of dough. Place the chakri plate.
  3. Now in hot oil, directly drop the dough through extruder. Once you complete dropping murukku in oil, turn the flame to low. Fry it from both sides till they turn golden and crispy. Repeat same process with remaining dough.
  4. Remove murukkus using slotted spoon,so all excess oil is dripped. Let it cool completely.
  5. Store in an air tight container and relish when you wish.
