- 3-4 tsp milk and few strands of kesar
- 75 gms soyabean small size

- First wash and drain the rice and and keep in gas for preboilig.lrt them for 15 to 20mins in open vessel.. and after than put it in strainer to keep extra water out.
- Meanwhile heat oil in wok add all whole species add onion tomato saute well add boiled soyabean add all species according to ur taste
- Take a big wok. Spred one layer of rice and one layer of that masala again tice and agin masala. Finish it. Garnish with fried onions and cashew and green onion.
- At last sprinke kesar milk and green corinder.
- Keep it on gas at low gas for 10 mins. And mix well. Serve with chutney and raita.
