- Take big or medium size pateli (cook dish).. wheh oil heat up add chicken and cook 5 minutes
- After a minute add ginger garlic paste then cook 3 min
- Add all spice cook 4 minutes..add salt also add bay leaves n all dry spice
- Now chicken put in slow flame 15 minutes..when chicken bhonify add yogurt.. but first do slow flame and yogurt beat well in yogurt add jifel javtry pintch add aur bhon lain
- Brown onion and slice cutt tomatoes coriander leave mint leaves green chili add mix by hand and press it softly
- When onion mixture is done so add in chicken gravy plus add boil potato and cook slow flame 5 min
- Last add orange food colour.. food colour sprinkle chicken meterial
- Now boil rice spread it chicken biryani meterial and add biryani essence let it in 15 min medium flame
- When 15 minutes done... in slow flame cook 10 minutes
- Serve with colourful salad n raita 🤩 saath main meetha Rus Malai☺️
