  1. Mix oats, wheat flour, rice flour, salt, cumin seeds without any lumps. Add water little by little if needed for butter milk consistency.
  2. Heat a tawa, sprinkle water to test hotness of tawa and pour batter in slow motion round tawa. Do not circle as it will stick.
  3. The holes will bubble up once we pour batter on tawa. Now sprinkle oil around dosa.
  4. Corners will start loosing from tawa and then carefully remove dosa and flip again to other side.
  5. Now flip dosa and place aloo masala in between and let it be for 1 minute in low flame
  6. Fold Dosa and serve hot with chutney or sambar.
