  12. 2 tsp coriander powder

  14. 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
  15. 1/2 cup oil
  16. 2 tsp Salt
  17. For chilman
  18. 2 egg
  19. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  20. 1/2 salt
  21. 1 tsp Oil
  22. Other ingredients
  23. leaves Chopped coriander
  24. leaves Mint
  25. Red colour mix in water
  26. Flour mix in water for sticking chilman

Instructions to make to make Chilman biryani

  1. Heat 1/2 cup oil, fry onion till brown, take out on plate and make fine paste of it.
  2. In same oil add Whole spices, chicken pieces, ginger garlic paste and cook till chicken seems white.
  3. Add all spices, Salt and again cook for 5 minute covering lid
  4. Add beaten curd, prepared Onion paste, 1/2 cup water and cook till chicken tenders.
  5. In large pot boil water with oil and salt and add soaked rice, cook till 80 %done. Strain in strainer.
  6. Beat egg with 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp red chilli powder,heat 1 tsp oil and pour beaten egg, cook only one side, do not flip.
  7. Now will arrange layers. First on base put half of rice, sprinkle red colour, chicken gravy, some chopped coriander leaves, mint leaves, again remaining rice.
  8. Put half cooked omelette and stick edges of omelette with flour water.
  9. Cover the lid, and simmer for 10 minutes.
  10. Serve with onion rings and curd.
