- Layer again with the remaining rice. Sprinkle the mint levels and the rest of the fried onion. Also pour the saffron soaked milk.reserved seal the pot with a light lid or an aluminium foil.
- Place on high heat for about 7 minutes. Place the pot over a girdle on low flame 12 minutes.
- Switch off the flame and allows it to rest for another 10 minutes. Open the biryani and serve hot. Enjoy.
