  2. 2 tbsp besan/gram flour
  3. 1 tbsp rice flour
  4. 3 tbsp oil
  5. 3 tbsp curd
  6. 1/4 tsp hing/asafoetida
  7. to taste Salt
  8. 1 tsp garam masala
  9. 1 tbsp coriander powder
  10. 1 tsp chilli powder
  11. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  12. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

Instructions to make to make Besani bhindi fry

  1. In a mixing bowl cut and add bhindi
  2. Add 02 tbsp besan and 01 tbsp rice flour
  3. Add 01 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  4. Add spices- 01 tsp chilli powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 01tbsp coriander powder
  5. Add 1 tsp garam masala and salt to taste. Mix well.
  6. Add 03 tbsp curd and mix well
  7. Marinate for 10-15min
  8. In a hot pan add 03 tbsp oil and hing.
  9. Add marinated bhindi and mix well.
  10. Cover for 5-6 min on medium flame.
  11. Open and stir to avoid sticking to pan
  12. Cover again for 2-3 min
  13. Open and stir again and serve it hot.
