- 2 cup maida
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/4 cup curd
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp coffee
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- For icing:
- 1 cup whipped cream
- For marble glaze:
- 100 gm white chocolate
- 1 tsp butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- Green, pink, purple food colour
Instructions to make to make Marble Glaze Cake
- In a large mixing bowl, add curd, oil and powdered sugar and mix it well using whisker.

- Put a strainer on the bowl, add maida, baking powder, baking soda and cocoa powder and strain it. Add diluted coffee and Mix everything well into one direction.
- Now grease a cake tin with butter. Meanwhile Pre heat the kadhai and put one rack stand into it.
- Pour the cake batter into the tin and tap it twice. Put this tin into kadhai and cover the kadhai and let it bake for 35 to 40 minutes on low flame.
- Check it by inserting toothpic or a knife. Once its done, flame off and take the tin out and let it be cool completely.
- Once its cool completely then only cut it into three equal layers.

- Beat the whipped cream until it gets a peak. Now apply the whipped cream on each three layers and crumb coat the cake. Put this cake into refrigerator.
- Now melt the white chocolate adding milk & butter to it using double boiler method. When it is melted, let it cool slightly and then add few drops of each food colour randomly. Do not give it a mix using spoon. Let it be as it is as shown in the pic.



- Now take out the cake from refrigerator and pour the white chocolate mixture gently in the centre of the cake and let it spread itself. It will give nice marble effect.

- Put the cake in refrigerator & after some time do the icing on it and around the cake. Perfect shiny marble Glaze cake is ready.
